Making An Impact

Young Life is active in Sevier County High School, Gatlinburg-Pittman High School, Pigeon Forge High School and Seymour High School.
Young Life is truly making a difference in kid's lives. Here's an example of how Young Life is reaching kids: Britton did not know the men on the basketball team, but after weeks of practice he began to get to know who they were and a exchanged a few conversations with some players. One day, one of the players approached Britton  and asked, "You come to watch us practice a lot don't you?" "Yes, I do," said Britton. "That's cool," the young man said. "No one does that."

Our Core Values

• Keeping Jesus Christ the central focus of all that we are and do
• Praying for young people
• Going to where kids are to build personal relationships with them
• Committing to developing meaningful relationships with kids that are currently outside the Body of Christ.
• Providing experiences that are fun, adventurous, life-changing, and safe
• Sharing our lives and the Good News of Jesus Christ with adolescents
• Inviting them to personally respond to this Good News
• Loving them regardless of their response
• Nurturing teens so they might grow in their love for Christ and the knowledge of God’s Word
• Helping young people develop the skills, assets, and attitudes to reach their full God-given potential
• Encouraging kids to live connected to the Body of Christ by being an active member of a local church
